- The accuracy of beneficiary and executor details
- Maintaining access to your encryption credentials (where applicable)

- Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the platform

4. Vault Content and Responsibility
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to your vault.
We do not review, monitor, or verify the accuracy of your content.
You are responsible for ensuring that your stored information is accurate,
complete, and up to date.
5. Information Release (After Death or Trigger Event)
Your vault data may be released only under conditions you define and after a structured verification process.
Release may be triggered by:
- Account inactivity (if enabled)
- Verification by designated individuals (such as executors)
- Submission of supporting documentation (e.g., proof of death)
We rely on the information and contacts you provide.
We are not responsible for errors resulting from:
- Incorrect or outdated beneficiary information
- Invalid or incomplete documentation
- Misuse or unauthorized actions by designated individuals
6. Account Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
We may suspend or terminate access if:

- Your use of the platform poses security or legal risks
Upon termination:
